my first influences without any doubt came from my mother whom I remember drawing with graphite when I was a child, or my grandmother, a tireless painter who has been painting landscapes in oils ever since I can remember, and from my twin sister, always a very creative girl and the perfect playing companion back when I was young.
If I look back I remember already being fond of letters and typography in general as a kid and using CMYK as primary colours in all my school work.
It came naturally to me then, when I got the opportunity, to choose a study career specializing in the world of art, design and communication.
I started in high school by studying the Arts, in the I.E.S. Delicias de Valladolid.
After years spent debating whether to go for illustration or not, I ended up studying foundation
in fine arts and graphic design advertising at the Zamora School of Art (now Zamora School of Art
and Design).
Design seemed to combine everything that I've always liked, and after falling in love with it and it's unlimited capability for communicating, I decided to further my studies in Valencia by taking up advanced studies in graphic design at the Escola d'Art i Superior of Design in Valencia.
Lastly, I cannot end this post without mentioning the many people that have always encouraged me to push myself further (the list is endless..) to whom I owe so much.
Now, thanks to all this, I am in London. It's a city in which I'm sure I'll be finding many new
areas that will hopefully help further my knowledge as a communicator and creative, amongst lots
of other things.

Empezaré haciendo un pequeñito resumen de lo que ha sido de mi en estos años pasados...
mis primeras influencias se las debo indudablemente a mi madre, a quien recuerdo dibujar con grafito cuando yo era pequeña. A mi abuela, incansable pintora que no ha cesado en su ímpetu
de retratar paisajes al óleo desde que tengo uso de razón. Y a mi hermana melliza, creativa de corazón y perfecta compañera de juegos.
Si echo la vista atrás recuerdo que desde siempre he tenido gran afición por las letras y la tipografía en general, al igual que al uso irremediable de los colores primarios, usando CMYK
en todos mis trabajos escolares.
En cuanto me dieron la oportunidad de elegir hice lo posible por ir formándome en el
mundo del arte, el diseño y la comunicación. Empecé estudiando bachillerato en la modalidad de Artes, en el I.E.S. Delicias de Valladolid. Una vez pasaron esos años estuve debatiendo si realizar un ciclo de ilustración o no, pero las ganas de comunicar terminaron por hacerme estudiar en en la Escuela de Arte de Zamora (ahora Escuela de Arte y Superior de Diseño de Zamora) el cliclo formativo de grado superior en artes plásticas y diseño gráfico publicitario.
Tras enamorarme del diseño y la manera de comunicar que éste me permitía (me permitía unir todo aquello que siempre me había gustado) decidí marchar a Valencia, y realizar los estudios superiores de diseño gráfico en la Escola d'Art i Superior de Disseny de Valéncia.
No puedo dejar este post sin más, no sin antes comentar que tras todo este tiempo he ido encontrándome a numerosas personas que siempre me han estado animando a seguir adelante (si empiezo a nombrar no paro), a las que sin dudar también les debo mucho.
Gracias a todo esto, me encuentro en Londres. En donde estoy segura de que encontraré muchas perspectivas nuevas que sin duda me permitirán avanzar en mi aprendizaje como comunicadora y creativa, entre otras miles de cosas.
